The Hanois Lighthouse was built in 1862 and uses light to keep seafarers away from rocks at dusk, low light and bad weather. Our Hanois Guernsey, has a band of reflective detail within the 2x2 above the vent in the hem, not only do we love how this looks, it helps keep you seen at dusk and low light. You can order any of our colours in this style. The main composition of the garment is 100% pure new British wool is spun by our spinner into a worsted yarn to our specifications, before being knitted in to a seamless guernsey by us and only us in Guernsey. These processes give our garments a longevity, whilst offering comfort, warmth and protection from the elements to keep you warm through the wind, mist and drizzle, whilst still being breathable. the guernsey garment has been trusted by seafarers, farmers and outdoors people, for centuries.
Reflective element of this garment is less than 1% and that elements breakdown is as follows 21% Polyester Transparent, 62% Glass Beads, 4% Nylon, 7% Phenolic Resin & 6% Aluminium.
