Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Guernseyguernseys.gg (the “Site”) and purchasing products or services from Guernsey guernseys Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other posted policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Definitions

  • “User”, “you”, “your” means any person using the Site.
  • “Products” means the goods available for sale on the Site.
  • “Services” includes order processing, customer support, and other offerings.

Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when published. Continued use after publishing constitutes acceptance. We will publish the effective date at top.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site and place orders. By placing an order, you represent and warrant you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

  • Account creation requires accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Product Information & Pricing

  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but do not guarantee completeness or error-free content. Prices, promotions, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices are in the currency shown on the Site and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.
  • Whilst we do out best to demonstrate our colours as realistically as we can, our garments are shot as if they were in daylight and our colours vary in different lights, also due to screens/monitors colours may vary further, it is worth perusing our social media, for other shots of our garments. We will also gladly post 3 colour wrappings, free of charge so that you can see the colours in real life.

Orders & Acceptance

  • Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud). Acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation email; if an item is not available we will notify you and refund any amounts charged for that item.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payment methods listed on the Site. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. If we are unable to process payment, we may cancel your order.
  • All transactions are subject to verification and fraud checks.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or other factors outside our control.
    • Postal- Standard shipping to the UK is normally 3-5 workings days from dispatch
    • Postal- Special Delivery is normally 2 days from dispatch.
    • Postal- Rest of the world shipping should arrive 10-15 working days from dispatch.
    • DHL shipping will be as stated at the time of placing the order from the day of dispatch.
  • Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of your goods.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Our return and refund policies are posted separately at guernseyguernseys.gg/returns. Generally:
    • Returns must be requested within 28 days of delivery.
    • Products must be returned in pristine condition and in original packaging unless otherwise specified.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection; shipping costs may be non-refundable.
    • Any garments that are specially made with custom lengths or customised as per specific request will be non-returnable/non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software) is owned or licensed by Guernsey guernseys Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
  • If you provide user-generated content (reviews, photos, comments), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content in connection with our business.

User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

  • You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes; impersonate others; transmit harmful code; interfere with the Site’s operation; use automated tools to access the Site unless authorized; or collect others’ personal data without consent.

Privacy & Cookies

  • Our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Site, you consent to such practices, including cookie use for analytics, personalization, and advertising as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links & Services

  • The Site may include links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, privacy practices, or terms. Use third-party services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Guernsey guernseys Ltd. Its officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for indirect or incidental, special or punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption arising from the site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate libility shall not be greater than (a) the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guernsey guernseys Ltd. and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • For disputes, parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by [binding arbitration/in the courts of Guernsey]—choose one and provide details appropriate for your business and jurisdiction.

Force Majeure

  • We will not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or internet failures.

Entire Agreement
