Orders & Availability
- Q: How do I place an order? A: Add items to checkout and complete payment. We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders.
- Q: What if an item is out of stock? A: We will make and dispatch your order as soon as we can, we hope to have all order made and dispatched within 4 working days of the order being placed, we will contact you if it is going to take longer.
Pricing & Promotions
- Q: Are listed prices final? A: We do not offer sales or discounts; our aim is to offer good value at all times and avoid boom/bust style pricing and marketing.
Payment & Billing
- Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are subject to verification.
- Q: Will I be charged immediately? A: Charges occur at checkout; if payment fails, we may cancel the order.
Shipping & Delivery
- Q: How long does shipping take? A: Delivery time are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or other factors outside our control.
- Postal- Standard shipping to the UK is normally 3-5 workings days from dispatch
- Postal- Special Delivery is normally 2 days from dispatch.
- Postal- Rest of the world shipping should arrive 10-15 working days from dispatch.
- DHL shipping will be as stated at the time of placing the order from the day of dispatch.
- Q: Who is responsible for lost or damaged packages? A: Risk typically transfers to you when items are handed to the carrier; contact us if something goes wrong.
Returns & Refunds
- Q: What is your return policy? A: Our return and refund policies are posted separately at guernseyguernseys.gg/returns. Generally:
- Returns must be requested within 28 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in pristine condition and in original packaging unless otherwise specified.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection; shipping costs may be non-refundable.
- Any garments that are specially made with bespoke lengths or customised for as per specific request will be non-returnable.
- Q: Are return shipping costs refundable? A: Usually not, unless we made an error or the policy states otherwise.

- Q: Do I need an account? A: No, but accounts make ordering and tracking your orders easier.
- Q: How do you protect my account? A: Our website provider takes all the usual measures to ensure your data is kept safe and compliant to GDPR, we also make every effort to ensure this safety. For your part, please keep your login private and notify us immediately of unauthorized activity, we can then suspend the account.
